- Discuss traits of successful moderators
- Explore common moderation tasks and processes
- Consider how to best engage with your community and wield your influence
- Analyze common difficult scenarios and how to resolve them
Who this course is for:
- Absolutely anyone interested in moderating communities
- Existing moderators that want to hone their skills
Prerequisites:
- Have a basic understanding of communities and their purpose. Completing Community Foundations prior to enrolling in this course is recommended, but not required
- Determine if a career in community building is right for you. Completing Starting A Career In Community prior to enrolling in this course is recommended, but not required
